We have been in the cycling industry and the sport for over 45 years. We have raced in pretty much every discipline and won dozens and dozens of events. We have also worked at every level within the industry from owning and running successful bike brands to organising marketing campaigns and timelines for major brands and selling those brands into stores, but we are now back to where it started for all of; behind the counter of an independent bike shop. The Bike Lounge. A friendly, helpful store where you will receive the very best impartial advice and helpful tips along the way, there’s no other store in the East Midlands with the level of cycling experience.

 

We offer a full and complete list of repairs and servicing in our fully equipped workshop whether it be a new inner tube to your BMX all the way through to a complete bespoke dream build using the latest hydraulic disc brakes and electronic gears.

We also offer a carbon frame repair service as well as full respraying to give your pride and joy a new lease of life.

We wouldn’t stock nor expect you to buy anything that we wouldn’t use ourselves which is why everything in store is or has been ridden by at least one member of our staff to ensure it performs and lasts how we would all expect it to.

We stock and supply a wide range of bikes and accessories from some of the worlds biggest brands. We also supply a range of electric bikes or e-bikes as they are also known.
