We thought we should showcase the bikes we ride ourselves.
here is my Cipollini MCM Allroad ‘MyCipollini’. The ‘MyCipo’ part means it was a custom paint job. You go onto their website and choose what colours you would like to go where using lots of colours and several templates.
The next most important thing on a bike is the wheels and I chose Campag Shamals, for a number of reasons, they’re mega wheels, light, strong and easily serviceable for coping with the poor conditions and lots of bike washing. They also stay sealed well when running tubeless.
The groupset is Shimano GRX Di2, the Di2 makes it so easy to change gear when your hands are freezing and not having to worry about gear cables sticking means a clean, quick shift every time. I also opted for double chainrings as I will be running a set of road wheels too over winter.
prologo dimension cpc saddle and a deda carbon gravel bar complete the build with deda loop bar tape to match. XT spd pedals complete the contact points.
the bike is great to ride and makes it feel just like my road bike - off road. It’s agile and stable and the power transfer is fantastic especially when climbing up short sharp banks and hills.
im 5’10 and this is a medium with saddle height of 73cm
